Our Executive Team establishes and implements our strategy, oversees our business and identifies operating and financial performance targets. Our Team is made up of a diverse group of professionals with experience in all facets of mining operations and support functions. The team is diverse in gender, with 29% female representation, and also in geography, coming from various countries with work experience from all around the world.
